Saturday, March 24, Soaring Eagle Park
In spite of unrelenting rain and slow, mucky trails, 40 runners showed up to enjoy the nice rolling landscape of Soaring Eagle Park. As often happens, a few people got off course somewhere along the way, while others came back and said the course markings were excellent, which just goes to show that perception is colored by experience. Hot soup and various carb foods awaited the soaked but invigorated runners, as usual. The next run will be Saturday, April 14, at Squak Mtn. in Issaquah. The next run at Soaring Eagle will be the Solstice Run on Thursday evening, June 21, with a Buddy Division for those of you who want to run in pairs (or bigger groups).
