Take a break from your typical mid-week routine and head to Ravenna Park just north of the University District in Seattle. 4k - 8k -12k
With little elevation and nicely groomed trails, this series is an excellent opportunity to practice speed training on trails! Each course uses the same 4.1K loop, and is perfect for a short, speedy race or a longer tempo run. Build on your distance as the series progresses or measure your speed from event to event!
