Entry information

You can sign up for Northwest Trail Runs events either online, by mail, or on-site at events. Advance registration for most runs closes at midnight two days before the run and gets a discounted price. Entry on site is usually $8-13 more. Some runs will have an entry limit, and we expect them to sell out, so pre-register to guarantee your entry to those events.

NWTR Shirts

Shirts are available for an additional $20 for short sleeve or $25 for long sleeve. Our shirts are made of technical fabric perfect for comfort on the trail and are available in a range of women's and unisex sizes. NWTR shirts are available for purchase at each trail run.

Refund policy

If a pre-registered runner does not participate in an event that is not sold out, that runner may have a partial entry credit toward a future run within the same calendar year or six months, whichever is later. The amount of this credit is the amount paid for the entry minus the greater of $10 or 30%.

If a run is sold out, and a registered runner does not attend, that runner will not normally be offered any refund or credit.

If we have to cancel an event due to a natural disaster or other extreme circumstances beyond our control, we will offer full entry credit to a future event.

If we cancel an event for other reasons, we will offer each registrant their choice of a full entry credit to a future event or a full refund.
