Entry information

You can sign up for Northwest Trail Runs events either online, by mail, or on-site at events. Advance registration usually closes at midnight two days before each run, and gets a discounted price. Entry on site is usually $8-10 more.

Refund policy

If a pre-registered runner does not participate in an event, that runner may have a partial entry credit toward a future run within the same calendar year or six months, whichever is later. The amount of this credit is the amount paid for the entry minus the greater of $10 or 30%.

If we have to cancel an event due to a natural disaster or other extreme circumstances beyond our control, we will offer full entry credit to a future event.

If we cancel an event for other reasons, we will offer each registrant their choice of a full entry credit to a future event or a full refund.
